Bells Along the Ancient Tea Horse Road

In my heart, there has always been such a place.
Where the departed are remembered, and the living continue.
In my ears, there has always been such a sound.
Where love lingers, and care never wanes.

The ancient road stretches far. I willingly devote my life, paying homage along the way.
The sound of bells resounds. I am willing to shake the world with my fervor.

This is the most reverent embrace of faith.
And the most devout inquiry into inheritance.

How fortunate I am.
In this world, along the ancient road, within the sound of bells.
Sending all good wishes into it, then respectfully returning three-fold.

Farewell, my comrades,
I cannot walk to the end nor hear it all.
There are too many shadows overlapping with the sun and moon, passing each other by.
But I will journey with you all the way, side by side.
